Only purchase “Pre-Order” Items, if you are willing to wait both processing and transit time (once your order is shipped).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES/ RETURNS DUE TO SANITARY REQUIREMENTS . Please ensure you are selecting the correct size and/or color of the item you are wanting to purchase. Each product has its own size chart + model size guide to assist you with selecting your correct size.
If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address provided upon checkout, the customer is required to pay a reship fee in order for us to reship the package . We do not issue refunds due to a package being sent back to us for incorrect/unknown addresses. After we receive your returned package from the shipping courier , we will need to start the process of reshipment. Contact us via email at support@chosen111clothing.com with your updated shipping address in order to initiate the reshipment process.
We are not responsible for lost and/ or stolen mail . Please contact USPS if you experience any of these issues.
