At Chosen111, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:


General Returns

We accept returns for items that are in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.

Returns are eligible for a full refund or exchange if initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

We offer free returns within this 14-day period. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request.


Exceptions

Bikinis: For sanitary reasons, all sales of bikinis are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Request a Return

1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@chosen111clothing.com within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return.

2. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

3. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.


Additional Information

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.

If an item is returned to us in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
